This is a 1/24 scale model of a post apocalyptic watch tower fit with everything a wastelander would need to survive.

There is a rainwater collection system, from the mossy roof, through dirty pipes to be stored in a container, once used for something toxic. There is space for a fire on the roof, complete with a rusty grill to cook on. The roof seems to be where the inhabitant spends a lot of their time, listening to the radio and sitting in their weather beaten deck chair with their trusty shotgun close by.
